Rest easy motel
One star for customer service which was great. The accommodation was otherwise dreadful. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets didn't flush properly, rooms were cold on arrival and although we had bar heaters the airconditioners were noisy and cool. We had a family room which was two adjoining rooms which had the door inbetween removed and a 34cm TV in the children's room only. Games room was being used as a workshop and after seeing the condition of our rooms we weren't game to try the restaurant. Won't be back.

Would have been better with a few little tweaks.Pillows to soft.To many dead bugsNo plug for bath tubNot allowed any alcohol on premises not even just packed away and not drinking it.Tv in room way to small is the smallest tv I have ever seen.Reception was super friendly and helpful.

Wow what a great place with great people and great service. Rooms are a great size beds are comfy and clean. Glad I found it quiet peaceful surrounding and nestled in the blue mountains. I will be back..

Rest easy motel
On arrival we found it to be very dated Old carpet sighs saying un level floor Bathroom old, Carpet old worn. Needs a huge refresh. Needs fresh Paint in our room We got given one queen bed and single two old covers on them not matching . One single doona curtains uneven cut .mattress not comfortable
Bathroom plastic shower curtain I would not lay in bath looks stained, but it may be because of age.
Positive nice soft towels tv OK oil heater works and fridge, Coffee in room . Did not stay for a meal.
We pay $185 a Sat night .not worth 3 Staff appears friendly bantered on about star rating He was way out .but he was friendly

Rest easy motel
The new management have work ahead to return this motel to where it should be. Basic amenities and a worn look and feel. The room had a patched together vibe. Despite the lack of polish the management were friendly and genuine. For its price it is suitable for people that are looking for a place to keep their belongings and just to sleep - like a more private backpackers. The location was quiet and peaceful despite being near the highway. For people that have simple needs.

Clean rooms new kitchen facilities. No glasses or water jug yet. Bedside lamps not the best to read by. Spectacular view to wake up to. Owners are renovating so bathroom was still a bit old but clean. Bed comfortable.

Friendly staff, great service, and rates and local family run Motel. Rooms are very reasonable, facilities are clean I couldn't have asked for anything more. Can't wait to return for some entertainment in the auditorium :D

What can I say....the guy who manages it is a complete psychotic slumlord.I'd recommend never staying there as the floors are mouldy..the roof leaks and the walls have mildew. It should be condemned and knocked down with Big Kev" in it... be careful if you do stay there as Big Kev will steal your underwear and sell it on eBay.. no jokes"

I absolutely loved the area. As Kev said, Wentworth falls is underrated- The hotel is a five minute drive to the wentworth fall lookout, and only 15minutes to the three sisters. Between there is hundreds of gorgeous streets, beautiful views, easy drives and cute cafes. Such an awesome location! The owner was lovely he gave suggestions and greetings but also privacy. The room had everything you needed. Would definitely come back again :) Especially after the renovations planned!
