We ordered some branded hi-vis vests from Budget Workwear online.The order process was a breeze and the communication related to the screen printing was fantastic!They even arranged to get the vests to us earlier than expected at their own additional cost so we could use them for an upcoming preschool excursion.Excellent service!!!

Products arrived on time and were shipped quickly.I've removed 3 stars due to their refund/exchange policy. It'll cost you $10 in restocking fees per item and you have to pay for your own shipping back to them. If they pay for return shipping they'll deduct $15 from your refund.This is the worst refund/exchange policy i have seen from an online retailer. Most places have free exchanges with paid shipping both ways. I'l now be buying from places with better exchange policies, even if it costs me a few dollars extra upfront.

Excellent product range online which can be difficult to navigate the first time through. Excellent artwork quality and the teams communications are fabulous in regards to artwork and any changes.The need to reupload logos is a drawback but all in all, very happy with my staff uniforms. Highly recommend for anyone without a local option.

If you need an order delivered within the space of a month don't bother. I placed an order and advised which date I would need it by but it didn't arrive. Customer service are friendly enough but did not offer any solutions or keep me notified of the delay, or that my order was not going to arrive on time. A full refund was requested processed relatively quickly.

They have always gone over and beyond on every occasion and have made the members look good in their gear whilst representing the club. The service is great, it’s a family owned Australian Company and that’s one of the biggest reason why we use them.We’ve given short turnaround times on occasion and they always find a way to help make your vision of uniforms into reality. Ordered from here twice, my order was cancelled on both occasions due to 'no stock'. Probably shouldn't be advertising items as in stock if you don't actually have them. Only got a stock standard email to notify of cancellation. Probably wont bother ordering again.

This is the second time my company has placed orders with Budget Workwear for uniforms and screen printing. This company is great to deal with, order perfect each time, the screen printing was exactly what I wanted and the print has not faded despite numerous washes. I would recommend Budget Workwear to anyone wanting to purchase workwear with screen printing. A big thankyou to the staff at Budget Workwear for a great job!!!
