The doctors are great but the waiting time is beyond disgusting.I had waited 3 hours past my phone consult on a couple of occasions!I would avoid going here unless you are happy to be treated as just another number.

Terrible service. Recently we had an appointment to see Dr Hassan. Called in the morning to have a procedure to check they had time. They confirmed yes. Turned up. One hour later after waiting told receptionist had not told doctor we were here. No apology. Watched as 2 more people went before us that arrived after us. Called in. Doctor told my daughter she should not have the procedure she wanted (to come off contraception) and does she know how someone can get pregnant? Was very rude to her and then when she insisted to have it removed, he said he had no time to do procedure. He had a waiting room full of covid 19 Vaccinations that obviously pay more than our procedure. Very disappointing and unprofessional

Went to an appointment, followed the rules and waited for 2 hours to be called in from the carpark, left the place a week later still waiting for a call. :-) had another appointment for a Medical examination and then that got cancelled day before appointment due to only attending the clinic once, this place is supposed to be there for the people, since when do they pick and choose who they see and don't see, then they call themselves doctors. They forgot what there job was roughly 2 years ago. Complete Health Care? Definitely NOT!

Doctors are great but wait time is shocking. Especially when they forget to check you in and you wait over an over to get seen. Make sure you keep asking the receptionist if your name is checked in otherwise you will wait for hours. This has happened not only to me but a few other people I know.

Unbelievable. I waited 1 hour on hold in 'place number one's to talk to staff about changing an appointment because I'm covid positive, only to be hung up on and unable to call back. This was my go to clinic and I loved seeing my family doctor here, but I'm starting to question whether they can continue to give the service previously provided. Covid is a difficult situation we understand, but the customer service has fallen.

This place is more than a joke. not naming names of doctors more than 2 have not called me back on several occasions ,if they do on the small chance it’s at 630 when my appointment was very early. When I’ve need a emergency script for my mental health. Such poor service. I’m changing clinics as soon as I can. I do not recommend this place!

Unacceptable wait times. They need to manage their appointments and scheduling better instead of just expecting that patients have nothing better to do than sit around and wait. Other medical centres can do it so it's not impossible.On a positive note, Dr Hussein seems decent. Offering Molemap is good too.

I've always had really positive experiences at this clinic with Dr Gredina. It's a shame that this clinic doesn't bulk bill anymore.

My review has nothing to do with the doctors. But I had the worst waiting experience in my life. The place was a circus. Kids shouting and running around. Parents letting their kids loose and reception staff didn’t care. Crumbs on the floor… the place was too loud I felt sorry for patients waiting in pain to be seen while they have to cope with annoying kids (and their parents).

I really like the clinic & the reception staff. The waiting room doesn’t feel too “doctor-y”. However, I was so disappointed with my appointment with Dr Rahman. He told me he couldn’t do anything to help with my pain/ discomfort in my wrists and didn’t provide me with solutions or suggestions for pain management or next steps. Until I further questioned him on the issue he then made suggestions.Felt like he really did not care.Would not recommend seeing this doctor.
