Last night my partner and I were served by Binna at the checkout. We had a pricing enquiry and I cannot recommend the care and attention that Binna performed. These are the people you need in store. I can only hope that management shares my high regard of her performance to her personally. An asset to your store

I've been to the Burleigh store a few times and it's always been a good shopping experience. The store has a vast selection of stock and the staff are friendly and helpful.The same cannot be said about my local Big W at Runaway Bay. Here the staff are not particularly helpful. From making enquiries about children's clothing to the staff on the IT counter, my experience at this store has mainly been negative. The store and staff culture rests entirely with the store manager, and clearly he/she needs to improve their staff training and assessment procedures. In particular the store manager needs to be very careful about who is left in charge in the head manager's absence.

Purchased two children’s display bikes 2 weeks prior to school holidays was told just need safety check as they are already built. Should have them in 3/4 days!Still waiting!No bikes for School holidays kids!!!!!Big W use Hunt Leisure to do all the bike builds & safety checks. If you plan on getting your kids bikes for the these holidays get them now they should be ready by the next holidays.

We needed help finding a particular suitcase - Ivana came to our rescue. She was lovely and super helpful - we left with the suitcase and smiles on our faces. The lady on the door was also lovely & helpful. Great shopping experience.
