Ladies Running Errands The Shire

I have never encountered such a nasty person as MarIanne. She is the franchisee for Sutherland shire. She provided my autistic daughter a ride home everyday from school. On several occasions when my daughter has been sick my wife called MarIanne to tell her not to pick her up and was met with tirades of abuse even though we still had to pay for a service she didn'thave to carry out for the day. Today my daughter was unwell from getting the moderna injection so I called her to tell her that we will not be requiring her service. She told me to call Liz (MarIanne's employee that picks my daughter up). I couldn't get through to her so I left a voice message on her voice mail. Maryanne sent my wife a hideous message saying that she will be cutting of the service due to me not calling Liz though Idid (I think someone lied here) . This has left my poor daughter very distressed. Mind you MarIanne gets paid regardless. I could not press enough how appalling Marianne's behaviour is. Get another service because this woman bites the hand that feeds her. NASTY!!

Maryanne is a saviour. Amidst a broken leg and arm (both left side), she helped me for 3 pretty difficult months getting to and from appointments, negotiating with suppliers and providers on my behalf, and the very taxing task, of liaising with the ‘computer says no’ Post Office staff when sending things on my behalf. She is not only incredible, organised and patient, but confident and can help you turn things around. Thanks Maryanne for your support and encouragement, I feel really lucky to have met you through this journey, and know everyone who interacts with you has the same experience. What an extraordinary gesture. Marianne has just delivered our entire staff @ Sutherland Covid testing centre coffee and cake as a thankyou. With employees so thoughtful and genuinely kind and caring as this I am sure it would be an excellent business to deal with. THANKYOU

We used Maryanne for drop off and pick up to Sydney Airport. The price was very reasonable, the service was amazing. She really couldn't have done more for us, even stopping off on our way home to let us pick up bread and milk. She tracked our flight home to make sure she was close by when we exited departures.
