Trains great, central station greatLight rail great, can get a bit full around central station but we had a transdev employee pop up to make sure people got all off first before new ones hopped on, nice.Buses are a NIGHTMARE.Every driver I encountered seemed to hate his job. No smile, no answer to a greeting, no response to a thank you.Accelerate like crazy, break like crazy. One bus was late, half stopped at bus stop only to leave without opening doors, didn't react to waving, nothingTransdev website didn't allow for live checks.Due to a protest march part of Pitt St.was closed. Only notice at the bus stop, nothing on website, no info, no possibility to get someone on the phone.

I do love the light rail network and the recent extensions are very much welcome. ding ding!

Good bus drivers and service.Sydney Light rail is also well operated by Transdev.

Long wait time and crowded, armpit to armpit and stomach to stomach. This is my inspiration for paid parking no matter the cost.

Great place to work, great mode of transport!

Very overcrowded most of the tile and services are interrupted easily.

a phone number that is engaged permanently and a bus service that is pathetic and dodgy

this service is very unhelpful there is always a answering machine on and customer service are unhelpful and inexperience
