Big red carpet shampooing
Big red was fantastic, I flooded my house this past Friday night and call them at 7pm they were at my door Saturday morning 7am withh all the equipment, Chris assessed the damage first and gave me a clear brake down of what needed to be done as well as prices before starting the work.He was wonderful in working around my sechedule when it came to picking up the equipment also (I hired some fans and a dehumidifier for 48hrs).Very professional and friendly, would hire again.

Very professional and efficient. Tiles and carpets cleaned. Tiles are gleaming like new and my carpets are refreshed and looking amazing. We have a new puppy so it was a big job. Happy to recommend Big Red.

My friend had a small, last minute, vacate job. The guy turned up within an hour of her enquiry. Very professional efficient work - I don't say that as a rule as we are cleaners ourselves who do carpets.

Exceptional results and outstanding service. We just sold our home and need to rent for the interim. On arrival while the rental was freshly painted the tiles were putrid to say the least, it looked like 10 years of built up grime which I couldnt shift with concentrated bleach or sugar soap. Big Red explained the specialised cleaning process simply and with their equipment made the tiles sparkling clean and look like brand new! Thanks Big Red, you have made such a positive contribution to our transition!

Chris was able to get me booked in to get the carpets cleaned on vacate. Good communication. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances at the last minute and he was very understanding. I will book in with him next time.
