iCare Massage Acupuncture

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place (or at least the person I saw)... the guy seemed very unsure of what he was doing. Unlike other massages I’ve had in the past, he didn’t ask what I’d like massaged or any problem areas I have. He came in without a word and just started massaging my legs (I was there for a neck and shoulder massage). He spent a lot of time speaking to the masseuse in the room next door while he “massaged” (not a very relaxing atmosphere), used waaaay too much oil (to the point where his elbows were slipping when he tried to massage my back), and genuinely could not understand what I was saying or asking for. I cut my 1 hour massage short and got out of there quick smart - definitely don’t plan on returning.

Derek was amazing. He cured my headaches and has even taught me how to avoid getting them in the future especially in my job. He is also quite humorous but extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend him!!!

My masseuse was excellent at targeting and relieving my spasming back it was extremely painful but she expertly separated each vertebrae and relieved my back pain. It has been 3 days and I will return for a backup to try the relaxation side of the service.

Awful experience. I had Peter and he was extremely rough. The amount of pain I was in through the massage was noted and still he peristed. Maybe his pressure is best left for male bodies as I'm now in alot of pain in my spine, lower back and arms. After waking up today covered in bruises I definitely will never be back.

Very relaxing has the option to use your health care (if your privately insured) staff are very plesant

This Place is Amazing!! The Staff were Efficient, Caring, Friendly & So Strong!! I had the Most Amazing Massageeee. They do HiCaps on the spot through Private Health funds so it only had to pay a $5.00 gap!!

Massage was good, but during the massage a regular client turned up with a very loud voice calling out and yelling. The staff engaged and were laughing but didn't bother to ask him to lower his voice for consideration for their customers having a relaxing massage. It disrupted me and took away from the relaxing experience. Perhaps a gentle word to the man to speak softly, would have made a big difference to all.

Ask for Peter- he's awesome. But, All therapists here are really great, take it from a regular!! And I'm a physio, so I'm pretty fussy!!!
