Gold Key Body Corporate Management

Unfortunately this body corporate is only receiving 1 x star from me because I have to give a rating if I could give negatives I WOULD.They never return a phone call or email unless it is to be little you or hang up without letting you speak upon introducing yourself!! Extremely disappointing considering clients only want the best for their homes and the lack of communication from Gold Key Body Corporate Management prevents this from taking place. Please steer clear!!!!

Donna and her team at Gold Key Body Corporate Management have looked after our small complex for over 12 years now and we have always been happy with their service.When ever problems have arisen Donna has dealt with them professionally and with no fuss.

Our Body Corporate has used Gold Key for at least the last 20 years. I have always found them to be professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with any questions we have. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for body corporate management.

I have found the Business Managers here to provide an Excellent Professional Service to all consumers and customers. I am treated with utmost Respect and Professional in all contacts made. I know other service providers who are also called upon to assist within the various needs to Body corporate outcomes and there are no complaints at all about Service Provision and Professional Attitude and outcomes. I also am aware of how folks are treated with via telephone and it goes without saying the above words apply to the customers. Amazing team of Strata professionals. They always go above and beyond.

Totally unprofessional. Worst decision ever. Breached duty of care, became involved in lot owner disputes, failed to organise repairs resulting in complaints to MBRC Compliance, unlawfully removed funds from the sinking fund for annual insurance. 6k in debt in 3 short years under Goldkey. Stay away!

I have worked with Donna at Gold Key for the last 10+ years and have always found her to be hard working, professional and very knowledgeable with regard to legislation. As a lot owner I find all the folk at Gold Key to be courteous and helpful, and as a body corp committee member I have found working with Donna extremely beneficial and helpful, not only to the committee but the whole complex. I recommend these folk anytime.

Minus 5 star more like it - Donna is an extremely unprofessional representation of Gold Key Body Corporate Management. Absolutely appalling communication, allowing managements under her authority to deteriorate and speaks to others like rubbish. Would not ever recommend this company and will be advising clients to completely steer clear.

Have known Donna at Gold Key Body Corporate professionally for over 15 years and would highly recommend this firm. She has fixed errors from other Managers and I have found her very efficient and approachable. Donna goes above and beyond to help her clients.
