I’m fussy when it comes to my car as it’s vital to have a reliable car for every day.The staff are always very helpful and friendly and have a good knowledge of my car and our needs. The guys at Subaru Doncaster Service were awesome this morning. We dropped the vehicle off for it’s first service and required a loan vehicle.I was pleasantly surprised to be given a brand-new Forester Sport for the day. My vehicle was returned nice and clean. Extremely great service all round.I don’t live close, but it was truly well worth the drive. Will definitely return for all future servicing.

The team is very efficient whilst checking in the car, and getting me a loan car to use. I was sent a text to request if I gave permission for a new part, which I have never experienced before, but is certainly a courtesy! They were finished the job earlier than anticipated, and let me know via text, which was very helpful that day. Special thanks to Lalanka who served me. All round, an experience which felt very efficient and professional. Very happy with that!

No early drop off box for those people needing to be somewhere before 730am. Other car brand service centres offer this facility. There were 5 Subaru staff in the building before the official opening time of 730am and with a queue of people standing outside in 11 degree temperatures waiting for the doors to open. Instead of drinking coffee and chatting with colleagues, the service staff could have opened the doors and got people moving faster. Having said that the digital service updates with approvals was impressive.

Great service centre run by a top team! Steve the service manager is always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They have serviced my car quite a few times now and the work has always been excellent and completed on time. The car always has that 'new car' feeling when I pick it up clean and tidy. When you are on a good thing, stick to it. Thank team Doncaster Subaru!

Impressed with the service everything was taken care of, good attitude and pleasing staff every ready to assist and help you with any questions, the mechanic Mr James did a fantastic job in servicing the car and more over it was handed over spick and span delivered in shown room fashion.Hope this sort of car servicing does continue in Subaru Doncaster as all will feel their money well spent specially at these hard time.Hats off to Subaru Doncaster and all the team members keep going the same way to be the best always.Wish you all the bestThanksDerek B Stephens.
