Gold coin donation.I loved Shell World. Very interesting especially if you have an interest in shells. I'd wanted to visit for a while now, as I've collected sea shells since I was a kid, so it was great to see so many different varieties of sea shells all in the one place.The lady at the information centre, and the other lady within Shell World itself were friendly and very knowledgeable.We bought a couple of nice looking Cowrie shells before leaving.Easy parking.Good location.

A very large collection of beautiful shells with information about them. My favorite there are the deformed, non typical ones beautiful in their own way.

Such a great little place to stop in. Easy to access as its part of the information centre. Amazing collection of shells to look at. Only a gold coin donation to have a look. Definitely worthwhile. The volunteers were lovely also. Shells were also available to buy at a very good price. If you love the ocean and enjoy shell collecting I highly recommend stopping in. I was glad I did.

A must visit when you are in the area. This is the largest collection of cataloged, well organized shells I’ve ever seen. I could have spent hours viewing all the different shells they have.This place remains open on gold coin donation and profit from sales of the shells they sell.The lovely lady that answered my questions was so knowledgeable and kind. Very much worth the visit.

Gold coin donation entry. Wonderful volunteers, 20,000 shells to look at. A basket of shells available to touch if you wish. Scientific and regular names for the shells. Highly recommend bringing spending money for the souvenirs

If you happen to be at the information centre anyway, this place is part of that and worth the gold coin donation to go in for 5 minutes. To be honest it's a pretty small space and the shells are mildly interesting but nothing wow. Worth 5 minutes of your time.
