Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.The older lady humiliated my wife, who was so upset leaving the store, so rude and racist, we’ll never return.

I bought an 'Elite' ladies watch by the recommendation of the staff, and I am enjoying it over the year without any trouble.

I am giving one star, because they doesn't have return policy. From that we can understand qualityof the product is poor . Customer service is very poor. Staffs are very rude.

I give them 1 star because they don't honour return policy if change mind and want to refund the money. It shows that's, they products are not at highest quality.

Worst customer service. The staff don’t know anything about the jewellery they sell. Was sold a rose gold wedding band and got it sent off for resizing. Two weeks later, the day I was suppose to pick it up I get a call saying they can’t resize it. Said they can get it made in that size but won’t arrive in time for my wedding. Organised for it be made in my size then four days later to be called and told they can’t make it in my size. They then said they had similar rings which they could do in my size but needed to come in store.Got into store and the staff didn’t have an understanding of any of it. They said the manager was out and if I wanted to come back in 20min. Ended up asking for a refund and she didn’t even know how to do that. Had to phone the manager to get directions. Finally got my refund, waisted 3 weeks with them and now have no ring for my wedding in 2 weeks and they couldn’t even apologise!!Maybe educate your staff on what can be resized or made in certain sizes.

I had 2 Citizen watches repaired. The price was good, they had to be sent away for a few weeks but I was told in advance how long it would take.
