6 months ago, I had haircut with Tina, when i get there, there is none of any other customer. She start cut my hair. After 10 mins, a man who came inside the shop asking her “How long the waiting time?” She said it approximately 15 mins, he said “I want to come back later”. Tina said Wait a minute!!!!She asked me can I continue cut your hair later coz this guy he is regular customer I need to cut his hair first. I said “No, I don’t want to wait” She continued finish my hair.I feel quite shock you just cut half of my hair already then you just want to stop coz the other guy is the regular customer which is I turn up before him. You just have a rude attitude towards me. Since then I never go back to Preston for hair cut again ever!!!!
