We loved working with Nsync Constructions. Chris and Mel are the warmest, most dedicated and talented duo in the business. They built a big extension onto our little red brick house, and then renovated our old house, we now have the most beautiful family home, with lots of light and space! Their team of builders are so lovely, happy to entertain 'annoying little ones', it was a pleasure to see them at 6.50 am every day.We love our home so much, and we are so happy we went on the journey with Nsync.

A good build isn't just one where the builder executes precisely what's on the drawings. NSync took time to offer additional view points, adjust bits here and there in talking with us, study rooflines, widows positions and more, to make it feel like a home, not just a construction. Importantly, the working relationship was fantastic, where a lot of our changes were accommodated, most of the time without a $ variation, and where it was warranted, all the cost options were put to us quickly and with sensible options. Lastly, what a great team of folks on site, respected our dog our kids - and our space, very tidy each day and very friendly.

Even before we signed on with NSYNC the advice and consultion was so helpful in us understanding what we needed to do and how to actually enjoy our first building experience.Throughout the process, Chris communicated with us every step of the way engaging us and patiently explaining decisions that needed to be made. Chris understood that because we were new to the process it would be difficult to make decisions right at the beginning and so worked with us to give us time to make decisions as they were needed. This helped us get a feel for the space and build and make better informed decisions.Chris has a very high attention to detail and quality and this was seen consistently throughout the house. He works with a great team who are a joy to work with and made our experience so much more enjoyable and far less stressful. Morgan, Doug, Jason, Geoff, Luke, Joal and the team all bring a huge amount of experience, quality and creativity to the build.One of the advantages that NSYNC bring to the process is the involvement of Mel in the business. She is generous with her time, support and knowledge before and during the build and helped me make a lot of fixtures and fittings decisions using her years of experience and knowledge. This took a huge amount of stress out of the process for me and enabled me to enjoy the process immensely.My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Mel and the team at NSYNC and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Chris, Mel and the Nsync team helped us with our home extension / renovations through the craziness of the COVID period. They were truly amazing at their craft and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Chris and Mel were both personally extremely responsive, helped answer any questions we had at every stage of the journey and accommodated all our requests (particularly as this was our first experience with this scale of renovations). Together leading a great team.Chris is on the tools and focussed on leading his crew to build with quality and at the right pace. Chris can also ensure the plans and build can adapt as the home 'comes to life'. Creating a neighbourly, safe, fun and professional atmosphere for all trades involved.Mel supports from the office and on site (as required). Enabling client access, communication, pricing, contracts and all the other admin that is required for any project. This means most client questions can be dealt with, without impacting Chris and the teams 'tool time'.
