I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody for spray painting and body repairs, had our 2015 ford sedan rear quarter painted/repaired here, we returned the car a few days later to complain about the rear bumper which they removed, it was sitting lower on one side and looked terrible with a large gap below the rh tail light, was told the brackets were likely broken and they weren’t liable as the car likely reversed into a kerb, that definitely didn’t happen but fair enough, i should’ve looked over the car better before it left.Also when we picked the car up the windows were left open and the car interior was full of dust, that much you could write your name in the dust, they did vacuum the car after we asked them which was appreciated as we had a new born baby.4 years later, now the section they painted has now turned chalky, we have the car detailed regularly and they say it needs to be repainted.I wouldn’t go back there!

The business has got a new receptionist Chloe and it’s pretty difficult to get through to her to get an appointment. She just says they are all booked out and they can’t change anything. I was a loyal customer of this centre but unfortunately can’t be one anymore. Luckily there are other repairs businesses in Port that I can use. They are pretty pricy.

Had my car assessed to have it fixed after I was involved in an accident. An even bigger accident was having to deal with Pete at PM accident & repair centre. A completely arrogant man who clearly needs to look at a new career path. He booked my car in to have it fixed without even consulting me first and didn’t even tell me what needed fixing. Unfortunately the minimum rating you can give is 1 star. Don’t recommend at all.

Don't use this business. When I collected my car I noticed my centre console was different, so I looked further and found that money from my console had been stolen because it was change and a lot of it $100 up to $ 250 I couldn't prove what I had.When I reported it I was told that they asked the boys not to take things out of cars , and that was it.SO LOCK UP YOUR VALUABLES IF YOU GO THERE.Since I've had a chance to check my car properly ,I've noticed what a horrible job they have done , nothing that was put together lines up. BAD JOB , THIEVES , CANNOT SAY A GOOD WORD ABOUT THEM.

The workmanship was fabulous and in the bottom line that's what counts.It's recommended that they return calls when promising to do so, and take initiative in advising clients if and when a delay occurs. The delay itself is understood but not knowing of it is very uncomfortable and it was me that had to repeat call several times to know the when" . Otherwise

Warning !Not only did my car return with parts that weren’t working that were when it was submitted I had a sum of money in gold coins stolen out of my car.For God only knows what reason the car was partially detailed on the inside!IE everything removed from the floor of the car, and placed on the seats around the centre console and my dash I had a screwtop container inside my centre console which I use for coffee money which has been in there for close to 10 years with various amounts of change in it was empty approximately $65-$75 in it, i’ve put my car in to be serviced, detailed and repaired at multiple businesses in the time I’ve had the vehicle and nothing has ever been touched in it until now !This isn’t just a couple of gold coins under the seat, they had to search for this, it’s blatant theft and will be reported.

The staff here are lovely! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the man who picked me up to get my car was great to have a chat with. They gave my interior an alright clean up. I had my hood replaced and a number of things underneath had to be repaired. When I got the car back, the hood was way out of line and some repairs had been overlooked. For the price I paid, I can't say I was happy with the result.

Second time I have had the good fortune" to use their services! Last time they were efficient in handling the repairs including follow up of a hard to get component. Was very happy with the quality of repair. This time the assessment process was very smooth

Every team member I dealt with here were fantastic. My insurance did not relay the correct messages but everyone at PMARC went out of their way to get our car back to us as quick as possible. Yes, it usually takes 7-10 working days to get your car back, but this is not their fault. They are precise, courteous and polite in every manner. Thank you for a wonderful job you did getting our car back on the roads and looking brand new again. Bravo!

Was through NRMA insurance, the team was fantastic I took it in for them to assess and they booked me in for about 3 weeks time. There was an unexpected delay with getting a part in but the team phoned and kept me updated the entire time really happy with the job done and the service provided.
