I would like to recommend Trevan ford ballina for their customer service from the mechanic that helped us yesterday amazing he was and the knowledge of the problem of our ford ranger space cabcracked pipe he was such a lovely blokeWithout is was a major problem and he went straight to the sorce .very thankfully

I drove from Brisbane to Mullumbimby a couple of days ago and during the drive an engine error message showed on my dashboard. I called Northern Rivers Ford (Trevan), Ballina and spoke with Hughie in the Service Dept. He said they were fully booked but if I dropped in, they would investigate the fault to see if I would be safe to drive back to Brisbane, or if work needed to be done urgently.I can't praise Hughie and the team enough. Despite being busy, they took time to investigate the issue and assured me I could safely drive home, and get my local dealer to fix the issue (associated with an ongoing issue the car has). Hughie is an asset to the dealership, and the other team members were also friendly and professional.Well done team; thanks.Robyn

What ever make of car I have had I have always avoided the dealers service Centre's mainly because of price but also the service wasn't that great on the rare occasion that I have had to deal with them. However Trevan Ford Service Centre in Ballina have converted me. Honestly, the integrity of these people has blown me away backed up with such a quality of service. I'll be honest I haven't had a my car serviced by them 'as yet' but I will, my interaction has been for parts only and I am super super super impressed. Thank You.

Enquiried about a Ford Ranger, had a salesman take my details and even look over my trade-in vehicle. Never ever heard from the salesman. So i went and bought a Ford Ranger Wildtrack from Victory Ford at Tweed. Poor service resulted in a sale lost.
