Helpful staff. Reasonably priced used book selection.

Clean products. Staffs take time to steam clean clothes. They all look nice and hygienic.Pricing is a different story. A new tiny leather hand bag is $70.T shirts are $10. I prefer to buy brand new ones from Myer when there is a sale. It is actually cheaper there.Customer service? There are at least 3 staffs on the floor but no one have time to greet or have a casual conversation with customers.Don't really feel like I have been in a friendly charity shop.

As I am doing house moving, I donated my clothes to the shop in late December after Christmas in 2022. It was a nice experience. The two friendly staff were nice. On the same day before I left, I asked if books including non-English books were also accepted, and they said yes if they are in good condition.Today (early Jan 2023) I came back again with a full box of books. Another staff worked in the shop and it seemed that I was not welcome. My books are 99% new and tidy, and around half of them are non-English. I told her that other staff said they accept theses books. She simply replied it was pointless to accept non-English books in an English-speaking shop, and she didn’t care what other staff said. As a result, I brought all books back to the car. Her manners were a bit rude. I was informed these books are accepted, and that’s why I took them here to donate.

Over priced for a rag shop would bother going in they think it's a retail shop considering they get donated the prices are way jacked up avoid

Very nice store full of very nice clothing also I find the staff very nice and helpful.
