Horrible service. Had a screen replaced which started lifting off and broke within a few days. Took it back to get fixed and was met with two extremely rude employees who essentially accused me of being a liar and would not fix it unless I payed an extra $70. Do not give service to these people.

Dismal customer service, spent $30 on a phone case that broke as soon as I left the shopping centre, they then wouldn’t return or replace the case because of “physical” damage.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

I have been here a few times with different phone issues and each time the service has been awesome, fast and so helpful. Especially today I attended super stressed with phone dead, not charging etc and Eason was so fast and helpful and saved the day! Thanks so much guys

I had some issues with a high end screen protector and they happily helped me even though i was a little stressed (two different young ladies on two different days 5/6, 6/6 ) The problem was resolved in a polite and curtious manner. Thank you! I will be back.

Rude and disrespectful service, had a glass screen cover which came off day after getting it, wanted a new one or refund and they refused, couldnt beleive it, 35 dollars on a glass screen cover which wouldnt stay on and couldnt even get money back or a new one. Told me the screen covers are booked in to come and never have and never got back to me even though i have left my details there numerous times. Kept lying and changing there story and raised there voice at me and my mrs, which is just disgusting.DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE

Never use this place!!!! The staff where rude, the service was poor, and the products where adhorent. I had my phone fixed and the screen began to break and come off within a few days. When I requested a refund they denied and said that I was the cause of the damage. Never shop here!!!

Changed my iPhone 7's cracked screen. I complained right away that the color was off; the tech had already gone home so they asked me to come back other day so she would recheck it. The screen started acting up soon after (phantom taps on the screen while I was trying to use it). Finally they swapped back for a cracked Apple screen,*hoping* that I will be able to get a good screen in the Apple store (Apple might refuse given the unauthorized tampering!). They didn't give me a full refund - I should have complained harder. Avoid like the plague. People like this is what justifies Apple's prices.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Got my iPad fixed cost me $100 and the new screen started to crack and peel off of its own accord. When I asked it to be replaced I was met with rude customer service and they said I couldn't replace it as a result of physical damage". Despite the fact that the physical damage was caused by poor products and poor installation."
