Had my order totally wrong. My chicken quesadilla had chicken and guacamole in. Nothing else. No salsa, no sour cream no cheese. Highly dissapointed. Was at work and could not go back to get it sorted.

I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT THE AWESOME CHICK WITH THE SPACE BUNS AND BANDANNA TONIGHT WAS DOPE. super friendly and gave us all these cool recommendations for future orders, along with her personal sauce combination- which we tried ourselves. she then came out 10 minutes later to ask if we liked it. love her forreal

Had my first chicken bowl today along with the chips and guac as a side, delicious! I work very close by so I think this will become a regular lunch for me! The young lady serving today at about 11.30am 16/02 was lovely :)

My hubby loves Zambrero and really happy to see Jindalee store opened. However his experience today at store really let him down.He went to drive through at 1pm, placed order of Beef Nachos and asked to drive forward to park in the bay and someone will deliver the order. He waited 20 mins but one showed up, he went in the store requested refund. Manager was handling the refund and asked ‘ was it chicken nachos’ ?! no apologies was offered. What is worse is the refund turned out to be another charge on our card.Had to go back store for our refunds, staff onsite was so untrained and have to call store manage for instructions. We just lost the tiny confident left and asked for cash instead. My hubby was angry and upset, it wasted his time, drive through suppose to save time isn’t it? And customer services, staff and manager, no apologies was expressed in any way during the 3 visits. We love your food, but customer services like this will not go long.

The gentleman behind the counter tonight was an absolute gem!My daughter had wanted something Zambraros doesn't usually do, and he went above and beyond to replicate exactly what she wanted, checking with her every step of the way.She'd walked in disappointed we weren't at the place that did her fave, but walked out with a huge smile cause he'd cared so much about making her happy!Customer service was 10/10!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
