Crown Solid Plaster

Highly recommend! The work was top notch and I'm really happy with the result. We had our internal brick walls solid plastered and the place looks so much better now! They were on time every day and they were considerate on how the work is affecting our home life and did everything to minimise the impact. (Focusing on certain areas to speed up so we could use the area again, leaving the hallway to do last etc) The guys were professional, hardworking and have been cleaning up as they go. Price was fair and competitive.

I just would like to say that Irvin family and Ben phas never had nothing to do with us in business….If this are a pay back for the conversation on porsche Facebook page I will accept it…Followers and people that check reviews on google please engorging this, has we are a large crew and all them have family and kids to maintain…They just did this on a personal thing, never done work or quotes and never meet them in person as well…If any one wants to believe them please ask for photos or invoice or even quotes, then I will accept more reviews about the company…In saying this today crown has more then 10 employees plus subcontractors..❤️❤️❤️

Useless as they come. I hired a bunch of useless tradies. Now I have to find another company to fix crown solid plasters disaster of a job

Massimo is very skilled and professional, he's done an internal wall in my house with Venetian plaster finishing which came up beautifully, I strongly recommend his business.Also the rendering is at high quality standard.

Massimiliano bottoni is rude and inefficient at his job. Plaster job was poorly done. Customer service was dispicable. For the price you could do a better job buying the product's and YouTube how to plaster a wall. If I could say one more thing It's that's they are the worst company ever. I've seen preschoolers make better Play-Doh walls.

One mounth ago Massimiliano done venetian plaster in my house and the final results was amazing! Good staff, and they use the best materials. Now i m start another job with Massimiliano. I'm happy about their jobs

Mas has good knowledge on different types of plaster and know what suits best to your needs and budget.

I am the owner of the house that Massimiliano (Crown Solid) claims the builder Rida from M Property (builder) have done a bad job!Firstly, let me say I am appalled by the comments of the owner of Crown Solid and he should be ashamed of his desperate reply to make his business look legitimate. You have left my home cracked and the builder was the one that hired another renderer to fix your mistake.this is our second house that we have built with M Property. He’s attention to detail and the end result he delivers to all his clients (we have seen many of his built houses before going ahead) is superior and treats them like his own home.My rear feature wall with Unitex UniRock started to crack a few months after it was applied. when Rida contacted Massimiliano, desperately attempting to avoid the problem he finally showed up after weeks. On that day I have video footage of Massimiliano with his car parked outside my house with Rida and the amount of lies he was saying, blaming the walls/floors/roof for the cracking. I have the whole thing recorded with clear audio which he probably didn’t know.Massimiliano constantly tried to charge Rida for the repairs and wanted approx. $3000 to simply top coat the wall. Constantly trying to get away with it and blaming the Hebel and the frame for the movement. When Rida put his foot down and said he’s not going to pay that amount, Massimiliano offers to do it for $800 and Rida agreed to it simply in good faith and he trusted him at the time and wanting to deliver me the owner with what he promised. Once again on the video footage, they shook hands over it and he was booked to come the week after!He never showed up and his last Phone conversation with Rida, he asked for $3000 again and ended up rudely hanging up the phone on him as Rida has also recorded the phone conversations and sent them to me.Rida was so generous and paid John $1230 to Master Rendering Group (most recommended by Unitex) from his own pocket to fix the problem. They removed the entire old render and the Hebel panels were intact and not a single defect. Rida also engaged a Structural engineer to measure the spot levels of the slab and also assess the entire wall. Our frame is very superior because it has been panel braced with cement sheet (not plywood) and not a single movement has occurred. If it was a structural defect that would have showed on the inside as well as outside. Matt from Unitex also came out and showed us where he went wrong. He didn’t wait enough for the base coat to dry properly. Furthermore, no polymer was applied on top of basecoat to make it adhere to full strength (this is the major cause of the cracking). He also fills and renders over expansion joints which is a mistake. another mistake he did not seal it after waiting 4-5 days. To top it off the level of finish/workmanship was beyond bad and nothing like what Unitex has on their website.I am happy to share all videos and phone recordings with anyone to prove this. I Will be taking this further to tribunal for the full reimbursement of the initial cost and the cost to repair the render. He has enough proof and I have supplied him with all recordings.You should really be ashamed of yourself for trying to blame the poor builder who was here on a daily basis fixing your mistake. Rida is a gentleman, you and your company steal people’s money for a service you can’t even provide. You are the perfect example of a bad tradesman and your lack of knowledge of the profession you claim to be in proves why you always blame someone else.Also, Massimiliano hardly speaks any English so I’m curious who wrote this desperate review for him!To everyone who reads this, don’t go near Crown Solid Plaster or Massimiliano. they are rude and run away the second something goes wrong by blaming you for it.Call John - Master Rendering Group, he is a gentleman and will do an honest job
