We have been working with Natalie for a number of years now on our small business website and email accounts. We have always found her fantastic to deal with. She is very responsive to our requests and explains things in a clear way for those who aren’t that tech savvy, and always very happy to help if you can’t work it out yourself.

Natalie was really flexible and arranged a time convenient for me to work on my website quite urgently for some additional content I needed to add. Natalie was able to explain what she was doing and why, give me some clear understanding of how she would update my website, discussed what we could likely achieve in the time. She was able to make some really big improvements to my website (which had originally been set up by someone else) in a really short amount of time. I find Natalie to be really trustworthy, reliable and encouraging. She is also hugely knowledgeable about WordPress websites.
