Hospitality Geraldton

Food was ok,but jumped up stereotyping waitress ruined our evening in the restaurant.She was rude and obnoxious and treated us with contempt.I had a fishing t shirt and camo trousers on so got attitude off her.There was another table with a couple of men wearing their best suits,so she treated them superior and got better treatment..I was watching how she treated them but we got disgraceful treatment.When I went to pay they pretend they cannot see me and send the junior girl waiter to take my card..Aint coming here again..Horrible staffThis date Monday 12th September 2022

The room was nice and clean. Included buffet continental breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The place is old but well maintained. We booked at late notice but were able to park our campertrailer outside our room.

My friend booked it 2nd time for us, 2 rooms due to his earlier positive experience. But our bad luck may be!The breakfast on 1st day was good but next day, none of the good stuffs available e.g. pan cake machine was removed, yoghurt ran out. The lady in the restaurant was extremely rude and stereotyped us. She asked us, “are you going to eat all those fruits” - how horribly insulting! She never greeted us, nor did she offered us the breakfast upgrade options where she was quite friendly with some others.Our check out also took very long as they charged my friend wrongly some $48. The person in reception was helpful in resolving but he needed lot of phone support.Overall, we are never going to come back to this hotel unless we hear back from owner on the actions taken.

Hospitality Geraldton is a nice and clean place to stay, reception/housekeeping staff and managers are doing a great job here. The restaurant is the best to have dinner (also easy room service). Recommend ++ !

Rooms are decent size. Comfortable bed, no microwave or cutlery and below average WI-FI. Restaurant was shut due to fire so cannot comment on food.

Room is clean and tidy however the decor is dated.Toilet room is smaller than usual.The bed isn't wonderful. Its too firm for me and I found it uncomfortable.The room itself is quite dark, and there's no way to let natural light in.Parking is very convenient, right outside the door.I arrived Sunday evening and the restaurant and room service was closed. I'm unfamiliar with Geraldton so it would have been great to be able to get room service and fall into bed.A positive was the water pressure was excellent!

Check-in was easy and friendly.Our room was clean and comfortable.Good bed, nice hot shower with a complimentary continental breakfast!

Spacious and clean room, comfy bed and good shower. Everything one could ask for and more....and breakfast included.High standard restaurant onsite. Excellent stay.

Great spot! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with awesome beds and pillows!Med-rare steak was more like med for the fussy kind, but I loved it and it was super tasty. A really great menu with lots of variety!Nice pool and grassy area with palm trees.2 washers and dryers in laundry for convenience and an in-room mini-bar too.Ample parking outside rooms and trailers seemed to be accomodated okay.Highly recommend this place and I'd stay there again.
