Andy and the team are very professional. I had been struggling with a recovering knee injury from surfing for over two years, and had been searching for the silver bullet to fix everything. I saw multiple health professionals, tried natural supplements and even PRP injections, but didn't seem to make any progress. Andy educated me in terms of strengthening my knee and stretching the right areas regularly, taught me to be patient and to work within my limits and make slow progress. The work he did on my knee in the clinic, and the rehab he gave me to do at home all contributed to where I am at today. I am finally able to surf again, run and skate with my son with very little pain. I am so glad I went to Foundation Health as I thought I wouldn't be able to do these things again!

Andy is by far the best Osteo I've ever been to (and I've seen my fair share). Amelia is also fantastic. They are healers. Attentive and professional. My body would be a mess without Foundation Health! I haven't been to the others, but I hear they are also exceptional.

For the past 2 years Andy has been my goto person for all injuries. Andy thinks outside the box and has a mature eye for allignment issues. Recently I discovered Sally McCutcheon also from Foundation Health to help with natropathy and massage. Having been an athlete most of my life I have always used health professionals, Foundation Health, Ballina rate very highly.

Andy was the best osteopath I’ve seen. He was very intuitive with the workings of the body and thus was able to apply targeted treatment for my condition.As well as being very professional and friendly, his calming demeanour makes you feel really at ease.
