My first time into this Bunnings and the aisle I needed to go to was blocked some guys working in there, and no one would help me until one a staff member in red Di gave me a hand and not only got me what I was looking for but even offered some great advice. I returned later for more and one of the guys working in the aisle explained he didn’t work for Bunnings but would love to help was so kind. We shared some stories and a laugh as rugby fans, I wish they had this quality customer service everywhere

They have EVERYTHING!!! I've been to a few different bunnings warehouses before but this one is soooo big. It may take awhile but whatever you're looking for, it'll be somewhere in here!

Helpful, friendly & attentive staff to meet customer needs. Plenty of undercover Parking. Dogs permitted in trolleys only. Clean Public bathrooms. Key cutting service. Trailer hire. Complete kitchens for sale. Great storage selections. Vacuums, mops & cleaning products.

I would like to mention an amazing lady in the Garden section. Tonya. She is my go-to person for advice; she is honest and so helpful. Is so generous of her time . I never feel stupid with my questions.I watch her with other customers; she is the same.As my husband passed away , I took on his garden. I never thought I would say Bunnings is my favourite store. This is all due to Tonya.

Good collection. Most of the staffs are okay except one from the pluming sections. I always feel this guys is rude with others as he is always rude to me! Try to ignore him but if it doesn’t work have to make an complain.
