The service guys were absolutely amazing, they did everything without hassle. You know you're dealing with a good company when they've just been working on a rainy day in mud and they take off their shoes without asking before entering the house. They walked me through the functions after the replacement was completed and was very helpful. Excellent work Rick (I think that was the guys name but I forgot after they left oops). Price was 100% worth the service and quality, I would definitely go with these guys again.

Would not recommend this business due to poor standards of installation and high price tag. The sub standard work was mostly in the roof areas that unless you looked I would have never seen . They have been in contact to try rectify the poor workmanship but I will not get them back . I will get another company in .They have very good customer service as a positive . I had high expectations but have been disappointed. I picked this company in the hope of a high quality job.

Had a ducted heating system installed in my property and the initial process from quote to answering all my queries were good.However post the ducted heating installation we noticed rain water coming inside one of the room after a week due to a moved tile. Even though tile moved is metre away from where the heating vents are placed, as a professional work I expected the installers inform me if the tile was already open we could have fixed easily. To fix the damage my insurance company quoted $950.Also the electrician work is so poor they have put all the cartons and rubbish in the roof.Overall an average experience with damages to property.

I recently had the team from Fairbairns Heating and Cooling supply and install some split system air conditioners into my home. From the initial phone call to the installation, their expertise and warm approach made the entire process pain-free. The installers were professional and efficient and completed the work seamlessly. At my home we had a ducted system installed over 15 years ago by Fairbairns, a split system about 5 years ago and just had the ducted unit replaced with a 6 star unit.Each time Fairbairns have been reliable and friendly. We also use Fairbairns at the College I work at and the same applies when they are there as well.Would have no hesitation in recommending Rick and his crew to anyone.
