Michael is very knowledgable and really helpful. I enjoyed learning from him and am really impressed by the way he will get optimum efficiency from the motorhomes, caravans, campervans, unimogs etc that he upgrades. He will go above and beyond to ensure you leave his workshop very happy, and totally satisfied with the upgrades carried out. Michael is very knowledgeable in all things 12volt and while the systems and hardware he offers are not cheap, they are the best available. You have to pay if you want the most reliable 12volt system around.

Ordered parts for my roof tent 2 years ago. Some of the order turned up after a few months and then came a constant cycle of no communication from him unless I pushed for some sort of update. I finally threatened my next step was consumer affairs and miraculously (as usual) he had just heard from the factory and supposedly I hadn't paid enough for the extra part. Covid was blamed as well, but 2 years?? I can only hope no-one else has the misfortune of having what has been my worst buying experience. Would happily give zero stars if possible.

Michael is a very knowledgeable Engineer and I consider him an expert on all things related to Batteries.I've found him very helpful in my dealings with Him, often going beyond what I was expecting.I know He travels extensively to assist Farmers with their Farm Machinery.I first met Michael while working Farm Maintenance out Ucontichie Rock, Wudina, South Australia.
