Was very late to unload my dog. The email instructions stated to be on site 30 minutes after flight arrival. I did as told and was then told it's always longer to wait. The email said after 1 hour post delivery I'd be liable for additional fees. After more than 1 hour my dog still wasn't unloaded. The front desk staff were polite and clearly in a tough position unable to help. Poor instructions and too slow to unload.

Had an extremely frustrating time trying to find the place due to google maps sending me to the wrong spot. I was worried I was going to miss the drop off time for my dog so I called for assistance and David was so incredibly helpful and reassuring. From the moment I arrived he was professional, friendly, helpful, informative, so sweet and understanding with my timid dog. The company we booked the travel with never ended up dropping off a dog crate and he went above and beyond to locate one for me and also allowed me to be with her for as long as possible to keep her calm.What started off as an extremely stressful morning was so quickly turned around and made so much better by David. Thank you!

Good service

It arrived earlier than expected. The young gentleman that assisted me with the pick-up was very polite, helpful and went that extra mile to assist me with loading the heavy boxes in my car.
