We are so happy with our new flooring and blinds!! We didn’t know what would suit our place best and Lisa was so helpful with information and recommendations. Everything looks fabulous and is perfect for us! A very friendly, reliable team all round!

Very good experience with these guys. Kyle did a great job measuring up and advising on the right type of floor and expertly installing the floor on time. His mother Simone helped us finding the right product at their store / showroom in Albion Park Rail. Super happy with the result. Good old school family business, honest and reliable and experts at what they are doing. Highly recommended!

These guys are the ultimate professionals.Service is friendly, and they are more than willing to explain everything from the ground up, or have a more technical conversation if you are already up to speed.Every customer was treated equally, from the tire kickers to the people who needed to touch and feel every different fibre.Could not fault the service from these guys, and they have locked themselves in to be our flooring specialists.

The team at Choices have been fantastic to deal with. From the first phone call, to visit to showroom, quote, measure, install - every step has been so easy and very happy with the final product.

We are very happy with our new floors. Everyone from Simone in the office to Glenn and the boys who installed were very helpful and professional. And it looks great!

What started off as magic with great assistance in showroom and measure ended up completely soured. At the last minute I was told I'd need floor leveller which was very expensive - I agreed to it, but the outcome was that the floor had a more prominent dip in it right near a skirting. I have requested multiple times for an outcome, and heard nothing - not even to refund the cost of the 'extra' floor levelling I paid for. We will now go to considerable cost to have to fix it when we can next vacate the property. We spent over $13,000 and I was all keen to give them amazing social credit, but after requesting a solution several times in multiple ways and falling on deaf ears, I've had to leave this response. Such a shame.

Have used Choices at Albion Park 3 times now. I don't even bother looking for other quotes or products elsewhere. They are always very helpful and obliging from start to finish. They have a huge range of products available. I will continue to use them for any futures flooring needs.
