Matt and I crossed paths 3 years ago purely by chance when I contacted NRMA to have an alarm system commissioned and he happened to be the contractor they assigned.I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and honesty and have used his services on multiple occasions since that day for private contract work. The most recent being today when we spent the day together installing data cabling throughout my house.Matt is a perfectionist, and this can rub some people up the wrong way as he will not hesitate to recommend what he believes to be the best solution to the task at hand. However this is not done aggressively and demonstrates his commitment and passion for a job well done.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him based on my experience.

Matt recently installed cameras in our restaurant. He’s a great guy with good product knowledge. He did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.

Matt from LL Security has provided professional prompt service each time we have needed maintenance on our alarm system. Would happily recommend Matt based on our previous dealings. Quite reasonable pricing too.

LL Security has been servicing our security installation since we moved to the Hunter in 2017. Matthew is reliable and responsible with his installations and maintenance. I highly recommend his services at a time when professional tradespeople who are reliable are very hard to find. He is also courteous and sympathetic and will go out of his way to help elderly folk who need assistance with reliable and affective installations that are affordable. We wouldn't consider anyone else with our home security.

Amazing Service. Installed a full security system, alarm and video recording. Very respectful gentleman, really knowledgeable in his field. Extremely efficient and really honest.He is also very helpful after full installation, so any questions/issues you can contact him, he will always answers the phone to help.

IF YOU GET SOMETHING YOU DON'T LIKE AND SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT WELL GOD HELP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, THIS GUY WILL POST PICS OF YOUR HOUSE AND ADDRESS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA ALONG WITH FULL NAME'S. I HAD TO INVOLVE THE POLICE AND FAIR TRADING FOR MY SAFETY. THIS GUY ALSO WOULDN'T GIVE ME ADMIN PASSWORDS TO MY OWN SECURITY SYSTEM AND NOW I KNO WHY BECAUSE HE WAS REMOTELY ACCESSING MY VIEW OF CAMERA'S.

About as honest a contractor as they come. have done business with matt for quite a few years now, top notch work

100% don't bother with Ll security. Turns up and expects $145 just for showing up the he charges $33 for every 15min $132per hour. He spoke on the phone for 15min put the camera in the wrong spot. The screws he put in were crooked. As I say don't bother he is not worth the $145 he changes just to show face. 1 star only because you cant give a 0.

I found Matt who' business is located at 8 Munmorah Ave Charmhaven, through Google and after reading the reviews gave him a call to see if we could have him, along with another 2 company's, give us a quote for an alarm system. After Matt took my details he informed me that he charged a fee to just do a quote which the other company's did not. We finished the phone call with me telling him that if my wife was happy to pay a fee she would contact him to organize an appointment. She was not happy so she did not call him back.Unannounced Matt turned up at the door step the following evening. My wife thinking he was one of the other men she called told me he was here to quote. After 10 minutes and as he was leaving we realized who it was. I asked my wife if she had called to make the appointment which she had not.Matt sent an invoice for the quote which I have disputed and fair trading is currently dealing with it. Matt has sent several emails trying to bully me into paying with the threat of debt collection. He has even admitted that someone else has in the past taken him to fair trading over this scam. I'm glad we decided not to go with him as I would feel uncomfortable having someone like Matt who fixates and makes up lies, in my house and around my young children. Please be aware of this scam artist. Obviously he has some very serious issues he needs help with.26/11/2018I'm responding to what Matthew has written below, As mentioned Matthew was at our place for 10 minutes and spent another 5 or so playing with our dog. At no time did Matthew mention photos could be sent so a site visit was not needed. I asked for a quote for a home alarm system and some cameras. Matthew makes it sound like I was asking for Fort Knox.Matthews quote was actually the cheapest out of the other 2 and I am happy to show any person the quotes. Only difference is that Matthew does not do the whole job, you are expected to supply your own electrician which is not the case with the other companies.We have actually gone with another company in Tuggerah who are more expensive than Matthew.At no time did we agree or even make a booking for Matthew to come to our house, he turned up unannounced on his way home from finishing a job. For $140 this is turning into a big drama, but because I have dealt with people like this in the past I will not give in to his bullying and lies on principle.
