I drive a 2001 Audi A6 V8 and I was researching options for the installation of a new Timing Belt when I come across Eurogerm and met Klaus.After discussing my needs and my desire to provide the parts myself, we agreed on a price and a date for the work. I was initially impressed with Klaus' willingness to answer questions and understanding of my needs. His professional workshop was also helpful in building my confidence.It was only a few days after this that the fuel pump failed and I was nearly caught in the official Audi service web with a quote of $2000 and 10 days wait for parts from Singapore.Having the presence of mind to ring Klaus I was very pleased when he agreed to accept the car on a flat tray and commence the repairs as soon as parts were available.I am pleased to note that Klaus was able to do the original quoted work as well as replace the fuel pump and service the car for little more than the price Audi wanted for the pump alone; all within a few days.The work was of an excellent standard and I have no hesitation in recommending Klaus to anyone who wishes to deal with a professional, experienced man with integrity and skill.Thanks again Klaus.

Went in for a service and we agreed on a quote. However, when I went to pick up the car the price had changed dramatically. After an inspection of the car, I am pretty certain they did not even change half of the stuff that was listed on the invoice.Would steer well clear of them as they are just after your money.Avoid them at all costs

A master mechanic who has actually worked in the Audi and VW factories, he is honest, trustworthy and explains things. All this great service for low low charges. You get the bill and always surprised as to how little it cost. Believe it.
