Yeronga Village Guardian Pharmacy

Asked for a product over the counter. Bagged and paid for and I get home, open it and it completely wrong. Such a different product it wasn't funny. Take it back immediately as I really need what I asked for in the first instance and no apology no refund. Bad service and no scruples.

Friendly staff and great service, can be a bit busy after 4pm or so. I just do my errands before then and get quick service.

I feel like this chemist actually knows what they filling with my script. Sometimes at others places they seem clueless but not here

Conveniently next to the doctor. However when I asked for my prescription repeat for antibiotics I was snootily and dismissively told that there wasn't one, only to be called 5 minutes later to be asked to come back and get my repeat. The opening hours aren't long enough to be able to get back (the best I could manage was 6:01pm - closes at 6pm - the same day and despite waving to the staff outside the closed door, I was acknowledged then waved away) so it looks like no repeat for me - fantastic way to create resistant strains, by not allowing people to finish their course of antibiotics. I would rather stay sick that shop here again.

Lauren and her team at their small Chemist in Yeronga are the best chemist I’ve been to. Their customer service goes above and beyond what’s expected. They really care about their customers. They take the time to talk to you and remember your name. You’re not just another label on a box.

I used to work in this area and found this pharmacy really good. I'm working lots and I like that the wait times are short and the service is high and their prices are great too!What I really like is when I walk in here it's a happy place. The head pharmacist Lauren is always professional, friendly and takes her time to give good service and advice. It reminds me of my pharmacy in Sweden where I grew up, it was a very small pharmacy and it was all giving great service and treating people like mates.
