Thanks girls for you help today! After walking out of a competitors store and straight into the friendly and capable hands of the team we were in and out with 4x pairs of Havana’s (and 2x kids without a care in the world)! They also offer a 6month warranty on the tongs in case you get a plug (tyre) blowout!

The clerk told me that there are no other discounts for boxhill day! I bought it on the 23rd, but today I have a 10% discount on the 26th, which cost me 50 dollars more. Very upset, the clerk is dishonest

Staff constantly asked for the clothes I was carrying so they could put them in the change room. I was trying to match the items with other clothes in the store. I said as much but they continued to watch me closely and follow me around. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. Eventually I just left everything and went as it was so unpleasant.

My sons came to Surf Dive 'n Ski all cashed up with their Xmas money where we were greeted at the door by an arrogant, rude young lady who told us to check in again when we already had. We left and spend hundreds in another store instead. Never shopping at Surf Dive 'n Ski Chadstone again. You really need to look for new employees that are welcoming.

Really poor customer service, my friend was treated quite rudely like she had inconvenienced the staff that were just standing there chatting, we were served by Danielle, I've never experienced such poor service in my life. Really disappointing

Checked in twice and the kid at the door asked to do it again while he watched me. Twice is more than enough You just lost $300 in sales went across to platypus very friendly and helped me out and appreciated the sales.
