Domino’s Pizza St Leonards
Phoned the St Leonard’s store after their electric bike delivery riders were doing 35+Km/hr on the footpath outside dozens of apartment blocks. I believe that it’s illegal and they are going to really hurt someone. The “manager” told me he can’t control what they do and to get lost and then hung up the phone.

It’s dominos. This is our delivery store, when we first moved into the area quality was always bang on, we are ordering it less and less these days as prices are going up, toppings are reducing and they must been going through drivers quickly as it’s always a different person and I am finding wait times always being missed, with order items (sides) a 50/50 chance of arriving.

This place constantly forget to add the sauce toppings on pizza , I’d say the last 5 times I’ve ordered they have forgotten the peri peri or other sauces , this includes the ones I’ve paid extra for and ones that come standard on a pizza . When I call through the phone either rings out or I’m told there’s a reimbursement pizza sitting in the system for me for when i pick up pizzas , when I’ve tried to pick these up there’s no record of them . I contact dominos via the internet and they send me a voucher for 2 sides .All I want is the sauce on the Pizzas I paid for.This was the number of my last order for your reference:55e63140-be4a-11ed-b243-7b4cf5f5c821

Pleasantly surprised that their pizzas actually do look like the ones in the ads. We got the Perri Perri chicken. This St Leonards chain definitely beats my local Domino's.

The ETA times are not accurate (always late). 2 times I ordered, it was later than the ETA on the order confirmation & was given a discount voucher for the inconvenience. Last time I ordered, ETA was 20-30 mins. After 40mins, I called & they said they hadn't even put the pizza in the oven. No communication & no voucher. Cancelled the order & will avoid in future. Many other great pizza places in Crows Nest with better service in my opinion, such as Love Pizza (always on time) and Ciao Ciao (delicious)

Thank you so much to this store.1 hr before closing and they accepted my order. The driver was so kind. I don’t usually order like this so left a tip. My daughter is so sick and only on fluids at the moment but was able to get her appetite up for pizza <3Amazing delivery guy!
