Terrible communication skills. Also heard though the grapevine that people have to push weekly to get paid correctly or even get paid at all. Extremely unprofessional and hard to deal with.Unfortunately I, and others have had to reconsider / turn down jobs we are more than qualified to do after hearing this, which would be at the expense of the employers holding a contract with them. They end up with the most desperate staff, rather than a skilled and motivated workforce who know their value and reject such treatment.

An enormous amount of red tape that completely hinders the company's ability to help it's employees in anyway. It seems AWX will take no accountability for providing ppe or supplying professional clearance for work.This company is just a complete and total Inconvience to work though with a pile of problems that need fixing for it to function as an actual labour hire branch.Not worth jumping through hoops over period.

Extremely un- professional and treats you like 35 years experience in the workplace means nothing. Apparently you speed around on a forklift and turn corners very fast? That alone is extremely dangerous and goes against my high risk work licence....

Zero communication ability. Had a lot of trouble communicating with their Bundaberg office. They wouldn't listen to anything I said and that caused a cascade of trouble for the government department and the supervisor of the role I normally worked in. I had worked for that particular government department for 17 years and for that supervisor on and off for almost ten of those years. Not a nice experience. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company or any of their staff.
