The team at masterhire were very friendly and helpful.On getting the equipment home it wasn't working so they sent the mechanic straight out to fix it. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed but there was no problems on returning it and rehiring another machine. The team were super apologetic about time wasted and helpful to rehire when we needed. Prices very competitive. Highly recommend the team at Masterhire Rocklea.

We had our wedding recently and the experience with these guys have not been wonderful to say the least.I booked toilets in June 2022 for the event in September 2022 and let’s just say that the toilets never arrived when they were supposed to.Prior to the hire date (approx 2 weeks before), I had actually called this company to check the booking was good and asked if I could pay over the phone upfront and was advised this couldn’t happen.Delivery was meant to be on the Friday and there was no communication of approx time. On the Saturday, I had to chase this company up and was advised that they had a change in booking system… very interesting when I called not long prior to confirm booking and no mention of it.I appreciate Charles tried to make it right by making the delivery occur on the Sunday morning however he knew I was not happy with the situation and I was asked how it would make it that way and I said $200 off and this was laughed and mocked at of which I did not appreciate being that it was their stuff up. Money was taken out of my account Saturday night for $450.00.Charles claimed he would send emails to the capacity that if the toilets did not arrive by 9am Sunday, it would be free of charge. No email ever eventuated nor a receipt of payment. I know the money was taken from my account as it’s on my bank statement.Charles continued to want to dispute what had taken place and was pushing for full payment for which I was not interested… absolutely appalled by lack of true customer service. Charles knew we needed the toilets and was performing tactics of bullying by insisting I pay the whole amount and I refused because I was not at fault for their muck up. The truck arrived with 10 minutes to spare and finished loading up after 9am.With all other pressures of a wedding, my mum being in hospital the week prior, this rubbish was not needed nor welcome.A couple of days later I received a call from someone called Beau who asked my husband for payment… What on earth?????I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANISATION!

We had our wedding recently and the experience with these guys was completely unprofessional to the point I am considering an ACCC complaint.We booked toilets in June 2022 for the event in September 2022 and agreed to a full weekend rate for the hire a verbal contract with the company and a booking email was produced by the company. The toilets were barely delivered just hours prior to the wedding.Prior to the hire date (approx 2 weeks before), My wife had actually called this company to check the booking was good and asked if I could pay over the phone upfront and was advised this couldn’t happen.Delivery was meant to be on the Friday and there was no communication of approx time. On the Saturday, I had to chase this company up and was advised that they had a change in booking system… very interesting when my wife had called not long prior to confirm booking and no mention of it.The companies representative Charles contacted us to advise that he was making the delivery occur on the Sunday morning and if it wasn’t delivered by 9am it would be free I have photos that prove that even though the truck arrived at 8:55 it was not unloaded (legal definition of taking delivery) to well after 9 am.Charles claimed he would send emails to the capacity that if the toilets did not arrive by 9am Sunday, it would be free of charge. No email ever eventuated nor a receipt of payment. I know the money was taken from my account as it’s on our bank statement. Charles offered at the most a $100 reduction for a service they provided that we were supposed to have from Friday to Monday, that we had less than 24 hours.Charles continued to want to dispute what had taken place and was pushing for full payment for which my wife was not interested… absolutely appalled by lack of true customer service offered by a supposedly professional Australian company. Charles knew we needed the toilets and was performing tactics of bullying by insisting I pay the whole amount and I refused because we were not at fault for their breach of a verbal contract.With all other pressures of a wedding, my wife’s mother being in hospital the week prior close to death, this unprofessional behaviour was not needed nor welcome, and almost ruined our wedding from the stress it caused her.A couple of days later I received a call from someone called Beau who asked me for payment when I mentioned the above conversation with Charles he said. It was above his authority and he would have to contact me back which to date a week later has not happened probably because they realised they had already ripped us off and had no interest or intention on meeting their side of the contract by at least offering a partial refund. Be interesting to see how many other people have made complaints to the ACCC tomorrow when I lodge a complaint.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANISATION! IF I HAD THE OPTION OF OFFERING 0 STARS I WOULD!
