Moggill Medical Centre & Skin Clinic - Bulk Billing Doctors

So my partner booked a doctors appointment today due to having issues with other doctors being full. What an absolute waste of time it was to go get a medical certificate for work. The female doctor didn't even bother to open her file to confirm she was pregnant. Was told that she was claiming to be pregnant. Also made her feel like she was a liar about needing to leave work earlier due to too her pain in her abdomen. The medical certificate give wasn't even worth the time going in as it states she is Only claiming to have a medical condition. I am very outraged about this bull service. This doctor definitely needs to work on her communication with people and learn to look at her patients files. I am very glad that my partner didn't have to pay for this wasteful consultants what wasteful consultation

Go elsewhere if you can as I would give them zero stars if I could - I was there today and the arrogance and the attitude of the doctor was quite outrageous. Wasn't welcoming at all and didn't have any consideration for me as a patient except his own ego - I suspect the main reason that they get any business is because they bulk bill and they are local, but I won't be going back.Very disappointed that our community has to put up with this level of service - it's just not good enough, rant over...

Have visited over several occasions, doctors have little to zero care factor over any ailment and seems to just focus on churning out as many appointments per hour as possible. Near impossible to get any form of treatment aside from being told “you can get OTC xyz if you really want”.

Very helpful and took a personal interest in my medical welfare. Reception staff always welcoming.

I've had what I believe to be the flu for the past week. Went to the docs and saw Dr. Hasina Dewan today and explained my symptoms: cough, fever, headaches, nausea, aches and pains. Dr Dewan did NOT take my temperature, listen to my chest, check my throat or ears. She literally pulled her mask up and asked me how long I wanted off work and to go home and drink water..... absolutely USELESS. I will be looking for somewhere else to go and also raising a complaint outside of Google reviews. I just had to get it off my chest here first.

Very friendly and professional doctors. Short wait time to be seen and dealt with efficiently. They’re very friendly and lovely with children too.

The new receptionist is lovely.Doctors are rude and dismissive, they do not listen. I’ve had several 8:30 am appointments (the first appointment of the day) and they are already running 20 minutes late somehow. Don’t know what these guys deal is, but go elsewhere if you can. These guys are not regular GP material and should only be used if you have no other option.

Thank you! That’s all I can say! Your willingness to treat my emergency though I’m not a regular patient literally saved my finger tip. Such friendly and attentive staff from the receptionist to Dr Dewan, I know where to come for the best care.
