The whole team from this store have been fantastic to deal with. From picking glasses, having an eye test and making sure the glasses are just right - the team have been great to work with. Linda was especially awesome to deal with and I will be back again in a year! Thanks SS Wayne Ponds!

Had my annual eye test today with David - a caring and empathetic optometrist. Following on from this the lovely Vishnu assisted with selecting new frames for me to have my new prescription lenses put in. He was amazing - making sure he knew what style I was after and found so many options for me to choose from! This guy Knows his stuff!! A task that usually takes forever was over with quickly and painlessly. Thanks Specsavers Waurn Ponds.

Amazing customer service from this store! I cannot fault them. I recently had my annual eye test here with Jess she was so kind and helpful. Aimee helped me choose my frames and was equally as helpful. I love my new glasses and will be back next year !

Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Waurn Ponds S/C
I'm a little jealous of all the positive reviews because my experience was far from it. I was warmly greeted for my audiologist appointment and was then told the audiologist had gone on leave. Another staff member told me she had tried to call me to notify me - but my phone showed nothing of the sort. The staff member also said she'd call me back to book another appointment. It's been a few days now and still haven't received the call.

My husband Brian purchased glasses last week, a problem occurred with them, the store Manager at the Waurn Ponds on Sunday the 25/6/23 was wonderful and solved the problem instantly, I am so happy and confident to recommend Specsavers because if you do have a problem, you don’t have a problem as they really back up there products and cannot do enough to fix it.That’s why we will never go anywhere else, also their Optometrist’s are fantastic .

Had my eyes tested by the lovely optometrist Jess last year and she was just wonderful. Made the whole experience so comfortable and helped me choose my glasses that I love! I’ve gotten so many compliments when I wear them. I recently damaged them and came into store and got them repaired and the whole process was so easy and straight forward. Highly recommend Jess and the team at specsavers!!!

Specsavers Waurn Ponds has to be the best store I've ever visited. The staff are always lovely, friendly, professional experts. The optometrists are fantastic and make you feel comfortable in your test. The store itself is always neat, well presented and clean. I've never have had to wait long for service and it's a seamless experience from start to finish. A huge shout out to Phil and Linda. All staff deserve a mention but a special mention to these two people. Well done. I'll continue to recommend friends and family to this store.

Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Waurn Ponds S/C
This was the first time my seven year old son needed an eye test. Chloe a bubbly young woman took him in to to complete the eye testing procedure before he saw the optometrist. I had told Chloe that my son was autistic and very worried about the test and she was so warm and welcoming that he was no longer scared and happily completed everything she asked. She even brought him out a balloon and a squishy ball afterwards. Which absolutely made his day. Thank you Chloe ☺️
