Jason quoted and arranged the installation of a battery at my home and a seperate installation of 6kw of panels and inverter on another house.The team were great. The installations were done without any hassle. I was surprised to get an email within 24 hours with a link to the phone app to monitor my solar, usage and battery status. Jason provided an excellent range of quotes and comparisons and was happy to fine tune them a couple of times to balance our needs and budget. Installation was hassle free and the team were friendly and professional. We have now had our 5.9kw system for over 3 months and we're loving it. The ability to monitor our usage and generated power via the SolarEdge app has been really useful, too. Our last monthly bill (for September) was a $40 credit, and it felt so good! Solar Spot installed a new solar system on my house.The installers were very good. They were efficient, friendly and tidy.The system is performing really well. We have been monitoring it and it is great not to have to worry about how much power you are using. The system has obviously been designed well for our needs.Jason was lovely to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Jason from Solarspot has given us excellent help and advice in extending the number of panels on our roof after the original providers installed incorrect panels and refused to meet our request for reimbursement as the Panel Makers decided the warranty conditions were not met despite their incorrect information on the number and placing panels.Since that time we have installed more panels thanks to Jason's advice and have now installed a Battery which enables us receive a more acceptable energy bill. Jason gives us good backup and will respond immediately if a problem occurs.

Solarspot were very professional and Jason Hicks certainly knows and understands the complexity of the market and technology. He was very easy to deal with, went above an beyond when it came to the installation, which was awkward at our house, and even fitted us in earlier when their schedule opened up unexpectedly. Jason has supported with two very minor issues post-installation. Highly recommended.
