Poor approach to customer service by both staff and management. Worst experience I have had with a jeweller. Best to stay clear and take your business elsewhere.

Store manager was very rude to staff in front of customers. An exchange took nearly 25 minutes and needed my personal details twice. Lovely jewelry at great prices but a tiresome experience.
