Our home was too overwhelming for me to cope with as a result of losing my cleaner to study, a flood and it's mess , and a broken back rendering me unable to do very much.Peter, Maria and co-workers came to help and worked so hard with determination to turn the mess into a home again.Thank you all so much. I went with this company as they had the best Google reviews. I now assume they have paid for these reviews, as their service has been below one star, and I am now very disappointed with the outcome. Our agent has added them to their not to use list, and we will never use them again. I do not write reviews, but the anger I feel about the customer service and cleaning quality/outcome has led me to write my first review. I am writing this for people like me who go off google reviews to make decisions. My suggestion is to find someone who commits to a 100% bond back guarantee for the cleaning component if the agent finds the cleaning job unsatisfactory. Find someone who puts everything in writing for you. Find someone who won't threaten to leave the job if you don't pay them by 12pm in the middle of the clean (check the work FIRST before paying your invoice, like any other service). Make sure they guarantee to return and rectify cleaning issues if the agent requests this. Find someone who is professional and won't suggest you have memory issues as you didn't hear them tell you what they did and didn't include. Make sure they do a bond clean which means you don't need to go back & wipe blinds and walls. I now have to go collect keys and clean my rental as this company did an unsatisfactory job.There is so many other things I could say, but I'll leave it at this. I am very unumpressed. For a time in life that is very stressful, Sunshine Family Bond Cleaning added further unnecessary stress. I'll be letting everyone know, as paying a premium for an unfinished job is never ok in my book.
