I stood waiting for 30 minutes while the boy behind the counter looked for a headset that was not in stock all other headsets had cards on them saying they were out of stock pull it together eb games your staff in leopold need retraining

I arrived 5 minutes before closing and wasn't aloud in..... store says it shuts at 5pm weekends but was closed at 4:55? The staff where more focused on going home than helping customers and making salesOverall the staff are lovely when store is open and are more than happy to help you find a item or pre order stuff

My switch had a minor glitch and went in for repair. It came back to me unusable. No one bothered to tell me and I only realised when I found the note inside the packaging. What a dreadful level of service!

I love this place. Although not a huge eb games store, it is in a good spot and easily accessible. The staff here are helpful and know their stuff.
