I have used this business quiet a few times in the past for my vacation rental sheets. I found the staff great to deal with. But, unfortunately the sheets came back dirty and stained although they went in clean and just needed a wash. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this happened on a few occasions and they wanted me to pay to re wash their mistake.

I have recently taken my new dress for dry cleaning. It came back stained, and I only noticed it once I got home. I don’t have time to go back there. What a waste of time and money.

Over $400 to have dress dry cleaned.First time I'd ever been to a dry cleaners.Nobody explained the process or risks involved to me, I was only rung with the total costs involved including boxing.The dress was cleaned but not all could come out, this was not bought to my attention I only know because I opened it a few days later to admire it.Its not the stains that are the issue, its being charged nearly half a thousand dollars and expecting quality service to be messed around by staff when enquiring as to why this had happened.When I rung they said it should have been explained to me and to ring the other store involved.Neither store wanted to take responsibility for not making a first time customer aware nor informing me there had been issues upon pick up.Customer service was a great big fat 0, they just kept trying to explain not all stains are fixable" despite me saying countless times why did nobody tell me anything prior to this so then it would have given me the chance to question what happens if it cant happen?400 dollars wasted.Just parce the parcel between each other.They didnt care at all."

Been going here for 25 years. Great and friendly staff. Dry cleaning with a smile. The only dry cleaner for me.
