Ordered and paid for 2 x metal strips to cover gaps above and below our wall oven.Experienced very poor service.. no communication to acknowledge payment despite me emailing online receipt. No communication to say when the product was ready. I had to be the one to ring to arrange pickup. When I went to pick the product up the first time, there was no protective tape on either strip and the strips were badly scratched on both sides and along the edge where they had been cut. I refused to take the product and the office lady agreed how scratched they were and they would replace them. The second lot of strips were fine with the protective tape. I found the office staff to be short and unfriendly. We won't be seeking this companies service again.
