Easily, *easily* the most comprehensive and effective massage I've ever had.I've had a lifetime of tension and misalignment through playing music, sitting at computers, anxiety, etc. Amanda took notes on the problems I was having, was keen to relay how all my trouble-spots are interconnected and that the issues I was feeling in one area could be related to other parts that I wasn't taking care of, and answered all my curious questions about how muscles knot and how to minimise severe reoccurrance of some of my issues. We then took before photos of my body twisting forward from right to left - something I didn't even realise I was doing - and after photos of my shoulders lying flat on the table in alignment.Thank you so much!
