Absolutely brilliant and fabulous service!!! When I ordered something I didn't know much about, 2 things didn't fit together, and because they wouldn't work that way I received a phone call to check that I had the right equipment. And when I didn't, they figured out what I did need and swapped it out in order. Caroline was lovely on the phone and really nice when it was obvious I didn't have I clue what I needed. Great service all the way.

What fantastic service we got from these guys, we ordered a PEPE tools jump ring maker yesterday and received it today. Caroline was great to deal with and processed our phone order quickly and easily. Our life will be much easier making jump rings now. Gemcuts, thank you!I ordered the wrong size spindles for my grinder and was offered a clean swap (the ones I actually need are the same price) once they receive them back from me. Unfortunately I'm in an isolation pickle and can't go to the post office so needed to have the new spindles sent out ASAP which I wanted to pay for plus postage again because it was my mistake. Amos was so helpful and actually really understanding and is sending me the new spindles and I have been cleared to send the stock I don't need back, as soon as I can get out if the house. For everyone doing their best trying to make covid work and setting up at home to try and see a bit of light at the end of this tough situation it's moments like this that make a massive difference. Thank you Amos! I really appreciate it.

Haven’t had the pleasure to visit the store personally but have purchased many supplies from there website. Package came in a timely manner and all wrapped safe and secured. There sales email replied promptly to me with a solution. Will definitely be a returning customer.
