Move from Canberra to Melbourne

Peter and two of his colleagues packed up an apartment when I couldn’t get there, stored the content and moved it into a new apartment from Melbourne to Brisbane . I can’t recommend them enough. They were friendly, hard working, took care of all belongings and did a fabulous job. I would definitely use them again and recommend you use them too for Interstate Move.

If I could give Rham transport a 0 star rating I definitely would. We used them for our move from Melbourne to Sydney and were so impressed with the level of service so we decided to use them again on our move back from Sydney to Melbourne. The Sydney crew were absolutely shocking. They extended the total time on purpose taking one box at a time to the truck. We were charged extra because of this even though we explained how slack the crew were being. The way they handled our furniture was unbelievable. They shoved their trolley under our timber furniture scratching the sides right in front of us, instead of lifting the furniture onto the trolley.When unloading our furniture in Melbourne the crew damaged the wall in the house and an item from our itinerary was missing. Again, when we spoke to the office staff they denied everything and said they delivered everything. They took no responsibility at all, showing what kind of business they are. They have no regard for customer service and this is clear with how they communicated with us regarding our concerns. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with their service and do not recommend their service to anyone.

Competent and professional! Even though we were just relocating 5 minutes away, moving is always a hassle and unpleasant experience. We relocated from the old to the new in under two hours thanks to these men! Definitely would use again in the future and would suggest!

A very positive move with Rham Transport from Rockhampton down to the Sunshine Coast. The movers were all very respectful of our contents and were pleasant to deal with. Rham were the only moving company that were flexible enough to give us a drive down and next day delivery. Thank you.

Be careful with this company. All the workers get paid very poorly so they do not care about your belongings, they stuff everything in a container, workers are rushing so the do not care about protection, then they always will said that they quote less and ask you to pay more or they will leave your belongings. As you are stressed and time is counting you have to pay, then they will apply the same strategy when they download your staff, and charge you more.Then after all the stress, damaged washing machine, furniture, etc...and this company never going to pay back or even reply!My advice to any possible customer: Stay away from this company! The most awful experience!

Interstate Move from Melbourne to Brisbane -Nawras & Jay were so quick and efficient. Honest and reliable and easy going. Just got the job done and all of our furniture and homewares were looked after and arrived perfectly! Would recommend!

Had a great experience with this service, made the booking very easily had a confirmation phone call the day before the move then both men worked very hard with a full truck loading and unloading all done very professionally and carefully.I've used Rham twice now and both times the staff have been fantastic
