I attended at the Albert Rd clinic and was very lucky to have Margaret taking my blood. It was a busy morning but, despite the people waiting she was kind and positive to everyone. When it came to my turn she succeeded in drawing blood from my difficult veins (many have failed before). Clinical Labs are lucky to have her. She is amazing.

I would have thought if you're opening time is 7.30am, you should actually open at 7.30am. It's not as if there generally a line of customers outside, with nothing better to do at that time of the morning, and some of them fasting. I left the outside line at 7.37am and went elsewhere.

I recently had my first blood test at this facility and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Margaret, the phlebotomist who assisted me, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She was highly professional and I didn't feel any pain while my blood was being drawn. Her demeanour was also lovely and made the experience much more pleasant. I would highly recommend this facility and Margaret to anyone in need of a blood test.

As a Rheumatoid patient I have bloods every month. I live in Elsternwick however I travel to Albert Park Clinical Labs. Why? Because Margaret is absolutely fantastic! Margaret is always warm, attentive and efficient. My experience is always a positive one and as long as Margaret is there, I will continue to come to Albert Park.A huge thank you to Margaret for many years of care & fantastic service! You make dealing with this illness better.

I have a fairly extreme needle phobia and dread getting blood tests. I've tried a few clinics in the area and haven't found one that I'm really comfortable with. I thought I'd try Australian Clinical Labs in Albert Park and I'm glad I did because I found the amazing Margaret. She is kind, caring and best of all excellent at her job. Margaret kept me calm and relaxed and I barely felt anything when she did my blood test. She didn't rush me or make me feel uncomfortable at all. I can't say I'm looking forward to my next blood test but it will be a pleasure to see Margaret again and I know I'll be in great hands.

Margaret at the Albert Park clinic is absolutely wonderful, she has been looking after me for at least 8 years. I have fine veins that can take a few tries to draw blood from, however Margaret is amazing and always manages to get the samples needed. She is also so gentle it doesn't hurt at all to get blood tests done.I have been to many other clinics before and no one else is as lovely in manner as Margaret. We always have a nice chat and I won't go anywhere else!
