Staff are allways lovely especially as servo work is hard. But constantly have made the worst chai lattes I've ever had.Somehow they taste burnt? I don't know if this is OTR wide or just at this location but I've had two diffrent baristas from here and both times its been horrible.That being said otr isint a Cafe it's a servo so it is fair to not expect the best coffie in the world!

We ordered 2 submarines for me and my partner through Uber eats. No cheese in both submarines and didn't even toast enough. They were cold when we receive. Deliver guy delivered within 15mins. Had the worst submarine ever. We will not order from this subway ever.

Thanks for my bread with a side of salad and I think some meat, don’t waste your time or money with this place at least at night. I understand you employ casuals who don’t care and just want the money, but maybe try and train them to put less than the bare minimum in the subs.
