Would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend them at all. Not worth the money that you pay for the premium service". Expressed my frustrations to the manager and she really couldn't care less. Save yourself the frustration and pain with this unorganised bunch."

The service was held at their chapel and went as planned. Everything was attended to in a very personalised and professional way. Anything that was requested was not a problem. Ann was respectful, accommodating and helpful and deserves, special recognition and thanks. At this sad time, everyone was made to feel at ease by all of the staff.

White Lady Funerals - Pennant Hills were exceptional. Katerina was attentive, caring and very professional. If you want exceptional service these ladies are the one to go too. On the day of the funeral the White Ladies were also professional and their attire was just perfect. Just how our mother would have wanted her funeral to be.Thank you for the exceptional service by the team.

The team were caring but got upset doing the official paperwork as they got my mums date of birth and address incorrect. You pay a lot of money for professional services so you expect all details to be correct. It’s hard enough losing a loved one but was shocked when they read out information of another person who was in their care. Still got charged the full amount for professional services that were not professional in my opinion.
