I had an absolutely amazing experience ordering from Redcliffe City Florist. I ordered from the USA, so the time zone difference was a bit daunting. They have a wonderful webpage though with lovely options for flowers. I greatly appreciated the Surprise Me Florist Choice Bouquet". The result was gorgeous and unique.I had some (relationship) problems that caused me to need to cancel a previous order. This was handled in a kind and accommodating way. This order also had some issues

Pop in on Saturday late afternoon to get special flowers for bday present. Walk in the door, ignored by all the staff there, no welcome hi or smile at least and next customer behind me came in the door all staff welcoming her and assisting her while I’m just invisible to them (mind you I got used to it treated this way sadly because my skin colour maybe)As I don’t have a lot of time, I grab the most beautiful flower there $150 and also I grab a bunch of sunflowers for myself. Well set up flowers shop, very good range of fresh flowers and I will go back wishing the customer service would improve.

A beautiful shop with staff who have a unique talent of making everything beautiful and are generous with their time and advice. Stunning floral arrangements and a great range of plants, pots and gifts for any occasion.

I'm based in Sydney and have already used this company THREE times and will continue to return to them. Their service is second to none, and always go above and beyond to ensure the order is perfect each and every time. I ordered a beautiful bunch of dried flowers, a premium card and some bath bombs for my wife's birthday (surprisingly hard to find good bath bombs in Brisbane). Tracy was kind enough to follow up to make sure everything was correct. They even went a bit further and delivered it in a wrapped up package.They truly are a family run business who care about their customers. Thanks so much Tracy and the team!

Redcliffe City Florists are my absolute go-to for not only spot-on arrangements for the occasion, but also the most beautiful glasshouse items, inspiring decor, and gorgeous bits and pieces that are fantastic quality and make me feel lux.I've had numerous bouquets delivered by the team over years for everything from sympathy to birthdays or a new baby, and when I write a little brief in the online order notes about the person or occasion they always absolutely nail it with the most stunning arrangement. On my last order the recipient was not home and gate locked when the courier arrived, and they called me to offer to go back later in the day at no extra charge.In the store the team always take the time to make the most wonderful recommendations on personal touches, or with bits of advice or knowledge about the flowers. The attention to detail is fantastic and much appreciated. Without fail it has been a joy to come in and shop there.Keep up the amazing work guys, you are a local Redcliffe gem!! xx
